Dear FFA Alumni & Supporters and Friends of FFA,

In order to make a difference, we rely on a major fundraiser, The Bob Watson Toy Auction at the NYS Farm Show. The support of the toy auction attendees has been able to help fund grants and scholarships over the years. Now more than ever, we are looking for your support and other fundraising opportunities.

FFA Alumni & Supporters play an especially important part in keeping agricultural education and FFA programs in our local schools. FFA relies on its alumni & supporters to garner support for FFA from their local communities, raise funds for state & chapter activities and scholarships, assist at FFA leadership camps and conferences, and support Agricultural Education programs across NYS. In supporting these programs, the NYS FFA Alumni & Supporters have developed and managed several scholarships and grant opportunities supporting FFA students across the state.

FFA Activities Grants program, sponsored by the NYS FFA Association provides funding to agriculture students to attend FFA sponsored programs, such as National Convention, State Convention, Leadership programs, and Camp Oswegatchie.

The Bob Watson Future Leaders in Agriculture Scholarship is available to undergrad students pursuing their master’s degree specifically in Agriculture Education. We also have the Victoria L. Pinney Gregory Undergrad AG ED Scholarship, sponsored by Vicky Gregory, also given to undergrad students pursuing a career in Agriculture Education.
